Our Programme

Teen Gym (12 – 18 yrs old), Adult Gym (18 yrs old & up)

Whether you’re a gym-rookie or an ex-gymnast, this class allows you to learn at your own pace in a safe and challenging small-group environment using the Floor, Trampoline, Mini-trampoline, Spring board, and Bars.
The stretching and conditioning training will also help build your strength, flexibility, posture and general fitness. Suitable for sportsmen, dancers, actors/actresses, or simply anyone who wants to pump up their fitness and tone up their bodies.
